We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our curated collection, and we describe each piece with accuracy and care. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and seamless as possible.
Initiating a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at hello@retrospectclothes.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number and the reason for your return so we can assist you promptly.
Returns due to Item Not As Described
Your trust is paramount. If you receive an item that does not meet the expectations set by our description, we take full responsibility. This includes situations where:

The dimensions differ substantially from those provided in the product listing.

The garment has significant flaws that were not mentioned, such as holes, stains, a missing button, a broken zipper, or excessive signs of wear beyond what is expected for a vintage item.
In these cases, we will cover the full cost of the return shipping. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed once you contact us.
Returns for Other Reasons
If your item is not the right fit or you have simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return it for a refund. In this instance, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The Return Process

Packaging Your Item: Please ensure the item is returned in the same condition it was received.

Shipping: To guarantee a safe return, all items must be sent back as a parcel with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit, and a tracking number ensures a secure process for both parties.

Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected at our studio, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will then inform you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original PayPal account.
